Appraisal Appointment Conversion: Engage with potential prospects generated by the lead generation team, conduct thorough appraisals, and convert appraisal appointments into property listings.
Contract Negotiation: Utilize your strong negotiation skills and market expertise to negotiate favorable contracts with potential buyers, ensuring optimal outcomes for property owners and sellers.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and sellers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the sales process.
Lead Tracking: Accurately document and update lead information, interactions, and progress in our CRM system to facilitate effective follow-ups and ensure accurate conversion metrics.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in real estate regulations to effectively position our services and provide valuable insights to the team.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze conversion data, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
Professional Development: Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and real estate trends. Stay updated on the latest industry developments and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team.

Do you have these qualifications:
Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on lead conversion, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Proficiency in Rexsoftware (our CRM) or fast learner
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive continuous improvement.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
