PROPERTY MANAGER [PM] | PM ASSIST

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring their efficient operation and maximizing their profitability. This role requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a deep understanding of the Australian real estate industry. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and achieve set targets.

– Financial management: Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

– Meet or exceed performance targets set by the real estate agency, such as property inspections, lease renewals, and client satisfaction ratings.
